"Red Carpet" is an unreleased song by American recording artist Britney Spears, intended for her fifth studio album, Blackout.
Background[]
In October 2006, "Red Carpet" was registered with "Kiss You All Over", "Pull Out", "Toy Soldier", and "Love".[1]
The song was written by American songwriter Sean Garrett and possibly produced by American producer Swizz Beatz, who worked on material for Spears with Garrett, but this is unconfirmed.[2] Swizz commented, "The Britney stuff, we're creating just for her. It's a lot of tempo, a lot of hard drums, a lot of sonic changes. It's just something that when you hear it, you get goose bumps. She's back for real."[3]
