Its composition was described as Spears masturbating while her lover sleeps beside her. Linda Perry commented, "the label felt it strayed too far from rest of the tracks and plans to save it for release on a soundtrack."[1]
The song was only released internationally on the bonus disc included with the In the Zone DVD. It's the only song from the DVD that isn't available on the In the Zone EP on streaming services.
