"Get Naked (I Got a Plan)" is an uptempo club-inspired song about intercourse. The song's producer Danja performs the chorus in a distorted tone, while Spears contributes a series of gasps, sighs and chants throughout her verses. The song's demo leaked with the unofficial title "We Can Do It (Get Naked)".
Spears performed the song at The Circus Starring Britney Spears tour in 2009 and it was used as an interlude in Britney: Piece of Me residency (2013-17).
In June 2023, Spears revealed on Instagram that it's her favourite song she's ever released and enjoys dancing to it.
