Britney Spears Wiki

Breathe on Me is a song taken from Britney Spears' fourth full length studio album In the Zone.

The song was planned to be released as a single from In the Zone (possibly after "Outrageous"), but when Britney sprained her knee at a music video shoot, the single's release was cancelled.

The song is one of Britney's personal favourites songs and she would perform it on most of her live shows.

Music Video[]

In 2016, Britney did a music video shot by makeup artist Glenn Nutley and posted it on her Instagram. She's wearing a black bikini with body tattoos.

It's so hot in here

Oh, it's so hot and I need some air
And boy, don't stop cause I'm halfway there

It's not complicated
We're too syncopated
We can read each other's minds
One love invited, two bodies sychronizin'
Don't even need to touch me, baby

- Chorus -
Breathe on me
Yeah, oh baby, just
Breathe on me
We don't need to touch just

Oh, Yeah

Oh, this is way beyond the physical (way beyond the physical)
Tonight, my senses don't make sense at all

Our imagination takin' us to places
We have never been before
Take me in, let it out
Don't even need to touch me, baby

- Chorus x2-

Monogamy is the way to go
Just put your lips together
And blow

Breathe, breathe, breathe, breathe x4

- Chorus x2 -

  • The lyrics: "Just put your lips together And blow". may be in reference to the quote "you know how to whistle, don't you, Steve? You just put your lips together and blow", from the 1944 film To Have and Have Not.
