My favorite Britney deep cut is “Liar” from Glory

I feel bad for whoever ends up playing Jamie Spears. They’ll probably be a completely nice, normal person who ends up with the role of one of the most sickening men in the entire music industry.

I find it crazy that when this was released it was just seen as a breakup song. Oh, if we only knew.

Well she’s done songs for everyone from Aerosmith to Gaga, so why not give Miss Britney one?

Yeah, I didn’t buy the “new album” rumors for a second. Let the woman do what she wants, she’s already contributed so much to the music industry and given us hundreds of amazing songs, and as a ghost writer, will surely give other artists some! Am I a little disappointed we won’t get new music, tours, and whatnot? Sure, but at the end of the day, that doesn’t really matter. What matters is that this woman who has been through hell and back is finally doing something that makes her happy.

‘Britney nerds’ sums us up pretty well

Everytime, Toxic, and Me Against The Music, though it’s easily my all-time favorite Britney album and has zero skips.

I kind of wonder if it’ll just be called “The Woman In Me Vol. 2” or if she’ll have a different name for the second book. Either way, very exciting

Michelle is a great choice! I love her in movies such as Brokeback Mountain and The Fabelmans, and she seems very much up to the task.

Make Me… is my favorite but I talked about the song when someone asked this same question a few months ago, so I’ll shout out a close second, Matches. I love the Backstreet Boys, they’re right up there with Britney for my favorite pop artists, and seeing both of them collab was just awesome. The song itself is really good on its own, but I think I’d love it even if it wasn’t that great, because the pure spectacle of having two of the biggest faces of 90’s/00’s pop music is just crazy.

There wasn’t room for everything here, I had to leave off stuff like Chillin’ With You, Pretty Girls, and I Will Still Love You. I wouldn’t expect those songs to be really anyone’s favorite Britney collab, but just in case they are, that’s why I left them off.

Can’t wait to hear fans theorize like crazy about the symbolism this has with the conservatorship since Britney would never just get a tattoo because it looks cool

Way better than Justin’s breakup song “Cry Me A River,” which is just him making up rumors about Britney while beatboxing terribly

This is exciting news! I’m very interested to hear how Britney adjusts to the modern sound of pop music, and what artists she’ll be getting songs from.
